Prospect Definition
The term “prospect” reflects my personal assessment of the animal and should not be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of future development, performance, or potential.Unregistered Status
The designation “unregistered” means that the animal has a certificate of birth but still requires full registration per TLBAA or ITLA guidelines.Height Disclaimer
HHR does not guarantee the animal’s height at maturity. Any height provided is based on either my personal evaluation, opinion, or an actual pasture measurement at the time of assessment.Breeding Status ("Exposed")
The term “exposed” indicates that the animal has been exposed for breeding; however, HHR does not guarantee pregnancy. A veterinary examination can be arranged at the buyer’s request and expense to confirm pregnancy status.Shipping & Deposit Policy
Shipping outside of Texas requires specific paperwork and is the financial responsibility of the buyer.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before preparation for shipment begins. This deposit ensures the animal is removed from sale listings and covers necessary veterinary checks, vaccinations, and health certifications.
The remaining balance must be paid in full before the animal is transported.
If the animal fails to meet state shipping regulations or does not pass health certification, the deposit will be refunded only if determined by a licensed veterinarian or per state regulations.
Delivery Policy
Free delivery is available within Texas and up to 100 miles from HHR’s location (Venus, TX) for full-price purchases.
Health & Hoof Care
All standard vaccinations will be completed before transfer to the new owner.
Hoof trimming services are available upon request for an additional prepaid fee.
